Relieving the Pressure Smoothie

IMG_1568 - Version 2.JPG

Today I woke up with some pressure behind my eyes. For me this usually means I am a bit dehydrated and am lacking some magnesium. So for my first meal, after my morning workout, this is what I had to relieve the dull ache.

Morning Hydrator Smoothie

I cup organic purple kale 1 cup watermelon 1 whole organic kiwi 1 tsp of soaked chia seeds 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries 1 organic medium size banana 2 capsules of Bifidophilus Flora Force (emptied) 1 tsp Vivix by Shaklee 1/4 cup organic apple juice 1 cup purified, cold water

Blend & Enjoy! And it tasted fantastic. Remember, if you have an ache or are in some kind of pain, your body is trying to tell you something. Listen to it. Keep a journal and after a while you can begin to see what causes discomfort, or if you are lacking something that may cause it. Do your research (or I will help you). What does it feel like to be depleted in magnesium or other nutrients? How does it affect your clarity, brain function, or muscle reaction time? The first step is to be aware!
