Recipe: Recharge Smoothie

It is December here in Texas and the weather is finally getting cold. We are halfway through the heavier food from the Thanksgiving holiday and my birthday (week!) and I have been exhausted. I have gained some weight, been working from home and not exercising as much, and have been burning the candle at both ends. So it is time to really make a shift and get my body and mind back where it needs to be. All the greens listed here are from my winter garden. Feel free to mix and match if they are not available, however the important ones are the herbs to really purify the blood and liver. It tastes fantastic!
