Healing Smoothie!

After my workout this morning, it will be debatable if I can walk normally tomorrow. I was in squat and dead lift hell and my dream of being quadzilla has not yet come to fruition. So I need some healing to take place.

Today's smoothie recipe: Berries and sprouts are for Healing! 1 cup organic spinach 1/3 cup organic broccoli sprouts 1/2 pint of org blackberries 1/2 pint org raspberries 1/4 pint of blueberries 1 org banana 3 capsules of Bifidophilus Flora Force 1 tbsp Shaklee Vivix - optional 1 1/2" of turmeric root - optional 1 tbsp honey (to taste) - optional 1/2 cup org apple juice 2 cups filtered water Blend and viola! This smoothie, due to the sprouts and turmeric, leans toward the earthy side. If you are leary and are new to smoothie making, scale back 1/2 of the amount of those two ingredients or up your sweetener (coconut sugar is tasty).
