30 Day Water Challenge
Everyday morning when I wake up I drink a glass of Kangen - 9.5 water and the juice of one organic lemon. However, lately I've not been drinking enough water during the day and my skin and body are starting to feel it! Especially since it is getting hotter now that we are closing in on summer. You know how fabulous plants spring to life when they are properly hydrated? Our bodies are the same way. Because I have such sensitive skin, the first place toxins, dehydration, unhealthy eating, stress or lack of sleep show up are on the largest organ in the body....my skin. It will show up in breakouts, redness (inflammation), under-the-skin blemishes, dryness, pronounced wrinkles, loss of elasticity and overall ruddiness. That isn't radiating the love of God at all!
So, I read about The 30 Day Water Challenge on www.RadianceCentral.com, a website by Natasha St. Michael. She is a gorgeous, energetic and passionate woman whom I have followed on youtube for years.
Each morning:
Fill up 4 - 1 Quart jars of filtered water and put in the refrigerator.
The first one quart, and possibly the 2nd one, add the juice of one organic lemon.
On the refrigerator I made a way to document my intake for each day.
Then every week I will document changes I have felt or experienced by accomplishing this challenge. Join me if you want, as I would love to hear about your journey as well!
